Beach Chairs- We provide a number of backpack chairs (10) for you to use. You are responsible for bringing them back each day to our garage. We also have a beach wagon for you to carry them in. We also have 2 paddle boards you are welcome to use as well. We will have to charge you if they are not returned! Bikes- We provide 4 adult bikes (Lock code is 2727) and locks as well, these must be locked at all times and returned to bike rack each day. There is a tire pump provided in the garage. If anything is wrong, please let us know when you arrive. We keep these maintained and there will be no refunds for a bike that has issues while you are staying. Beach towels- We also provide (10) beach towels for you to use. You are responsible for washing them and returning them to the basket at the front door. Parking- We are the only unit that has 2 spaces, there is overflow but anyone can use it while staying in the complex so they fill quickly! NO SMOKING OR PETS IN THE HOME! Please do not move furniture from its original location or sit on furniture with wet clothes. Please keep the doors closed, especially during summertime. Keep all beach chairs, toys, sandy towels and coolers in the garage. Please apply sunscreen outside. Please do not flush sanitary pads down the toilets, dispose of them in trash cans provided. Please remember that checkout is no later than 10AM. Double check for any personal items left behind. Empty all trash and take it outside to the trash cans provided. Load all dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Please wash, dry and put the BEACH towels back in the basket by the front door. Leave the rest of the dirty towels in bathrooms and beds used unmade. Please text me when leaving so I can contact cleaners to head over and start cleaning. This home is very special to us. Please take care of it as if it were your own!!
