This was by far the BEST home we have ever stayed in. Due to winter weather, we spent most of our time indoors. Our family had 6 kids of all ages ranging from teens to a 3 year old. This home accommodated all of them. Full of games to keep everyone busy for 11 days. Fully stocked kitchen and an exceptional coffee bar! They have a washer and dryer upstairs and downstairs making a load of laundry more convenient. The one thing that impressed ALL of us (even the kids) was the warm water never ran out. We are from Phoenix, even our hot water runs out after a few showers and running the dishwasher. The whole house was set with night lights throughout the rooms, hallways, dining and living room. Making it easy for the little ones to find their way around at night. All of the rooms had smart TVs with Roku. I could go on and on about how beautiful and accommodating this home was. If we plan another trip to visit our family, we will definitely stay there again.

We LOVE staying here and plan to book again next year! There isn’t anything we needed that wasn’t available. Communication with Jerry and Whitney was awesome and they made sure we were happy. It’s like being at home!

I would 100% recommend this house!!! The beach is literally a 1 minute walked as stated, the pool is right beside it and so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house was perfect for our large family, everyone had their own space.

Great stay and beautifully decorated house. Perfect location to the beach and restaurants. Loved all the things that were accessible in the kitchen for us to use in the stay; coffee machine, silverware, cookware, etc.
Great communication when needed and never had to wait long for a response. We would stay again!

We stayed here as a group of 5 moms on a girls trip and it was so fun! The room setup was great and we had everything we needed. Beach chairs and coolers were so convenient. The walk to the beach was so short and absolutely beautiful. The living space does look directly into the burger restaurant’s outside seating. It didn’t bother us but it was noisy at times. Jerry was super responsive to text and message and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome, awesome place! Very clean and has everything you need to get started on your vacation. So close to restaurants and shops. The beach is literally right there. There is an outdoor bar that plays live music until 10pm so keep that in mind with small kids. We loved the music, especially listening on the patio. There is also a lot of stairs as it is 3 levels plus the upstairs patio. Didn’t bother us though! Would absolutely be back again and recommend this to anyone.

Thank you for the fabulous stay in the North Pole. We had a fantastic time, got some great pictures and felt right at home in your house. We greatly appreciated the space for our group, and everyone was extremely comfortable in their own king beds and ample restrooms. Also, thank you for stocked refrigerator and pantry!! We couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy our trip!

This property was beautiful and spacious. We visited in the winter so we did not have access to any of the summer amenities, but there was plenty of room for our family.
The kitchen is very well stocked with all of the gadgets that you might need for big family dinners, and even two separate dining areas.
The big large couches had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.
Our hosts were very responsive each time we reached out with any questions.
Highly recommend!!
